Please note that SwiftVEE does not approve any bidders. The relevant livestock agent is the only one who can do so.
Once we have received your registration, your details will be sent to the relevant livestock agent who will contact you to complete the vetting process. SwiftVEE will not approve any bidders.
Please register by at least 17h00 on the day before the auction is set to take place in order to give the livestock agent sufficient time to complete the vetting process to ensure that you are approved before the start of the auction.
If you have registered well in advance and your registration is still pending 2 days before the start of the auction, you can contact the livestock agent directly in order to follow up on your status. If you don’t have the contact details of the livestock agent, you can call/whatsapp the SwiftVEE helpdesk on +27 64 032 4839. Please only follow up at least 2 business days before the auction. All of our livestock agency partners try their best to shorten the approval turnaround time, but have to work through significant auction registration admin for each registrant, which can be time-consuming.
Once you have been approved to bid you will receive an email notification. You will also notice that the text on the button for the intended auction changed from "registration pending approval" to "registration approved". This means that you are all set to bid on the day of the auction.
